Coaches will engage with children and parents to help develop stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids. They will conduct classes based on a science-based curriculum focusing on physical and character development.
Candidates should have experience coaching children aged 15 months to 8 years or have pediatric OT/PT experience. They must also possess intermediate knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques, and be CPR certified.
Through structured, coach-led classes, we help parents raise stronger, smarter, and more confident kids in a fun, high-energy environment.

A KidStrong Coach is the heartbeat of our center, delivering engaging classes for kids ages 15 months through 11 years old. Coaches create a fun, safe, and energetic environment while helping kids develop physically, socially, and emotionally.
Flexible scheduling available, typically 5–24 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours through camps and special programs.
