Design and deliver experiences using play-based learning, emergent curriculum, creative curriculum approaches, and social-emotional learning (SEL).

Observe, assess, and track progress with Teaching Strategies GOLD, supporting each child’s developmental milestones.

Build meaningful relationships with families and communicate regularly about progress.

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized early childhood classroom environment.

Collaborate with your teaching team to plan and execute curriculum aligned with best practices in early childhood education.

Guide classroom routines, preschool classroom management, and daily operations with professionalism and care.

What we’re looking for

3–5 years of preschool teaching experience, preferably as a Lead Teacher, Head Teacher, or Toddler Teacher.

Experience in a licensed childcare center, private preschool, or early learning center.

New York State B-2 or N-6 Teaching Certification preferred, or active study plan toward certification.
