Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract)

The talent acquisition sourcer will proactively source and engage candidates to support hiring efforts during market expansion. They will collaborate with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.

Candidates should have 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a preference for those with education hiring experience. Familiarity with the miami talent market and strong communication skills are also required.
