The recruiter will manage full-Cycle recruiting across various functions like operations, assessment, case management, and college preparation, juggling multiple open roles simultaneously. Responsibilities also include assisting in developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics while partnering with hiring managers to implement efficient talent acquisition strategies.

Candidates must possess over two years of recruiting experience, preferably in-House, and demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and stakeholder relationships effectively. Strong consulting, communication, partnership skills, and a deep understanding of recruiting metrics and kpis are essential.
