Teacher, special education center program - Transition team (18-21), 9th-12th grade

The teacher will manage a classroom for students in the 18-21 transition program, focusing on college, career, and independent living readiness. They will also collaborate with staff and families to support students' educational, behavioral, and vocational needs.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education or a relevant subject area and possess a valid colorado department of education teaching license. Experience working with young special needs students and their families is preferred.
