Job summary/Essential job functions
The Intervention Specialist works in the Center for Youth Advocacy and Well-Being (CYAW). The CYAW works to improve the health and well-being of youth and families to thrive in their homes and communities. This position assists children and families in coordinating the delivery of health, wellness, and mental health services by assisting with the navigation of child-serving, educational and human/social services systems.
