The opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Adjunct Instructor to join Stepful and support our Board of Nursing–approved Practical Nursing program.
In this role, you will guide and supervise students during in-person clinical rotations, helping them build hands-on nursing skills and apply classroom knowledge in real-world healthcare settings as they prepare for clinical practice and licensure.
Instruction takes place onsite in the Toledo, Ohio area, at our partner healthcare facility.
Clinical sessions take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 6am-6pm, with scheduling aligned to program rotations.
This is a 1099 contract role, with hours varying based on the number of courses taught.
Travel, lodging, and per diem support (as applicable) may be provided for instructors who don't live in the Toledo area and need to travel to the location.

The hourly pay rate for this opportunity is $50.00/hour. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
