Instructors must safely and creatively lead group classes using various Pilates equipment, ensuring proper and safe use of apparatus like Mat and Reformer. Responsibilities also include demonstrating anatomical knowledge, providing modifications for clients with limitations, staying updated on Club Pilates standards, and developing safe and challenging class plans.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 200-450 hours of comprehensive Pilates education, including Mat and Reformer training, and demonstrate confidence in teaching all client levels. We are currently hiring Instructors (minimum of Mat & Reformer training) with confidence in working with all levels of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner.
Instructors have the opportunity to teach group classes as well as private and semi-private sessions in our state-of-the-art studios featuring Balanced Body equipment. Earn great pay working flexible hours that can be dialed up or down, with block shifts, private training and subbing opportunities.
