Instructors must safely and creatively lead group classes using various Pilates equipment, ensuring proper technique and providing modifications for clients with limitations. Responsibilities also include developing safe and challenging class plans according to Club Pilates standards and providing instruction for intro, group apparatus, private, and semi-private sessions.
Candidates need a minimum of 200-450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education, including Mat and Reformer training, with confidence in working with all client levels. Essential qualifications include a pleasant demeanor, excellent customer service skills, demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities, and a willingness to stay updated with industry developments.

We are currently hiring Instructors (minimum of Mat & Reformer training) with confidence in working with all levels of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner.
