Job Coach

The employment coach provides customized employment services including discovery, job search planning, job development, negotiation, and post-Employment support for at-Risk adults and juveniles with intellectual disabilities. This involves supervising individuals on the job, building employer relationships, and training individuals on required job duties while ensuring high-Quality customized services.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, pass a criminal background check, and be eligible to drive according to company policy, along with possessing effective english communication skills. Required education is a high school diploma or ged, supplemented by various mandatory trainings and certifications.
