Assistant Athletic Trainer

This role assists the head trainer in all areas of sports medicine, including team coverage during practices and competitions, pre-Game/Post-Game treatments, and delivering athletic training services like prevention, evaluation, and acute care for student-Athletes. Responsibilities also include maintaining medical records, supervising students, organizing inventory, and supervising graduate assistant athletic trainers.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in athletic training, sports administration, or a related field, with no prior experience required. Essential qualifications include boc certification and obtaining a texas athletic trainer license or temporary permit by the hire date, along with the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and travel.
