Sports Based Youth Development Specialist - Basketball

The coach will execute the sports based youth development (Sbyd) curriculum, leading sessions that teach athletic skills and life skills, while coaching teams in competitions and ensuring core values are upheld. Responsibilities also include delivering health curriculum, overseeing student behavior, managing documentation, conducting student check-Ins, and prioritizing outreach to students and parents.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high-Quality work delivery. A strong commitment to the organization's mission, core values, and the use of restorative, strength-Based youth development practices is essential.
