College and Career Success Coach - Corsicana

The college & career success coach provides holistic, proactive academic advising to help students achieve educational and career goals by managing an assigned caseload, identifying pathways, and facilitating access to appropriate resources. Responsibilities include monitoring academic progress using technology, providing advising and registration assistance, responding to early alerts, and teaching self-Navigation skills for degree completion.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, counseling, communications, education, stem, or a related field, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A master's degree in related fields and academic advising experience are preferred, and proficiency in spanish is strongly preferred.
