- Description SPEECHCOM, INC is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a passionate and motivated school psychologist to join our Supportive and Collaborative School-Based Team in the Pasadena area of Southern California.

Requirements
Focus on several key areas of student development and academic success. The job entails a comprehensive approach that addresses a student's emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with students, families, and district staff to help determine the support required to ensure a student's academic success. Assess students' learning styles, cognitive abilities, and academic needs. Help teachers tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of their students. May also assist in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, including learning disabilities or other challenges. Support each student's IEP by working with a multidisciplinary team. Teach pro-social behaviors to students within the school environment.
