Preschool/PPK/Explorer Teacher: Kelliwood

The teacher will create a fun, safe environment and implement daily schedules designed to develop children's confidence and independence through small group instruction. Responsibilities include guiding children through content absorption, aiding in potty training, and implementing research-Informed lesson plans across preschool, ppk, and explorer classrooms.

The role requires fostering curiosity, creativity, and compassion while guiding young children through learning content and developing essential life skills like independent restroom use. The teacher must collaborate with a co-Teacher to execute the balanced learning® curriculum and maintain an encouraging classroom environment.
