Sport Coordinator Baseball- Hermitage

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining high standards for field setup and venue cleanliness, while empowering volunteer coaches to lead practices focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. The coordinator will also teach core concepts like sportsmanship and supervise the overall operation of the sport on game day.

Applicants must be over the age of 18 and capable of carrying 35lbs or more, possessing excellent communication skills and sport-Specific coaching knowledge. Candidates must be highly motivated self-Starters who can work independently, solve problems, and maintain a positive attitude while ensuring player safety.
