About the role

The primary responsibility is to teach structured, in-person group classes for AMC 8/10/12/Olympiad in San Jose and train students toward AIME and advanced distinction. Coaches will also contribute to designing curriculum standards and the competition pathway.

Compensation: $75,000- $90,000+ annually + full-time benefits

Think Academy is building a serious math competition program in the Bay Area and is seeking former AIME qualifiers, USAMO participants, or top AMC performers to join our team. This is not a tutoring position. We are looking for individuals who have competed at a high level and understand competition mathematics from the inside — rigor, structure, and standards.

Applicants must have a strong background in high-level math competitions, preferably demonstrated by AIME qualification, USAMO participation, or high AMC distinction, or a proven track record coaching students to AIME.
