BBYO Social Worker

The social worker will develop and implement mental health and wellness programs in partnership with teen leaders, overseeing support integration within regional chapters and managing activities aligned with grant requirements. This role involves providing direct prevention, intervention, and crisis response for youth members, alongside supporting staff and parents with mental health guidance and resource navigation.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health field, with limited licensure required and full licensure preferred, alongside previous experience in program development, community organizing, training, and clinical work with youth and families. Essential competencies include strong time management, effective communication, innovation, and a deep understanding of adolescent development and clinical frameworks.
