Early Intervention Physical Therapist

The early intervention physical therapist will provide home-Based services to families and collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services. Responsibilities include participating in screenings and assessments, as well as coordinating the development of individual family service plans.

Candidates must have current licensure as a physical therapist in massachusetts and preferably two years of pediatric experience. Effective communication skills and proficiency in technology are also required.
