The coach is responsible for delivering pre-designed, science-backed workouts to groups of up to 36 clients, focusing on motivating members and ensuring proper technique for safety. Key duties also include building class attendance, retaining clientele, and maintaining a strong social media presence.
BFT programming is designed to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and work through different planes of movement. BFT is a science backed program that elite athletes use, made accessible for the general population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in each member’s journey.

Hourly Rate: Pay per hour, we have different tiers and depends on class attendance
Candidates must possess a 4-year degree and/or a nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification, along with current CPR/AED certification. A minimum of one year of experience in Strength Training coaching is required, alongside high energy and self-motivation.
