The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a caring and dependable Infant / Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role supports children during their most important early stages of development, providing responsive care and structured learning experiences in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our infant and toddler classrooms focus on building trust, encouraging exploration, and supporting developmental milestones through consistent routines and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, responsive care for infants and young toddlers

Create a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment

Implement play-based learning experiences that promote sensory exploration, language growth, and motor development

Maintain individualized routines for feeding, diapering, rest, and transitions

Communicate daily with families regarding routines and developmental progress

Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain classroom quality and consistency

Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC infant/toddler licensing standards

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required

CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Minimum 6 months of professional infant or toddler classroom experience (1+ year preferred)

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain

Must meet Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification requirements
