Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician is responsible for providing direct 1

1 therapy sessions and implementing behavior protocols based on aba principles. They also collect data and maintain communication with the pod manager regarding client progress.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, with preference for those holding an associate or bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Experience in aba programs is preferred but not required, and candidates must obtain and maintain rbt certification.
