The physical therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating individualized plans of care, and delivering hands-On, patient-Centered treatment and education. They must also monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure meaningful outcomes are achieved.

Candidates must be a licensed physical therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. A strong passion for evidence-Based, patient-Centered care is required for this role.
