Surg Tech (Certified) & (TCT&R Coach) - Fulltime - Days - WEST Float Team

The role involves preparing the surgical environment by setting up sterile fields, gathering supplies, and supporting the surgical team by anticipating needs and performing counts. Additionally, the position requires championing quality care, following evidence-Based practices, and mentoring new team members through the tct&r coaching program.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be a graduate of an accredited surgical tech program or an lpn with surgical experience, along with holding certified surgical technologist (Cst) or tech in surgery – certified (Ts-C) credentials. A minimum of three years of experience in a hospital surgical setting and current basic life support (Bls) certification are mandatory.
