Rural Health Program Doula

The doula provides physical, emotional, and educational support to expectant patients and their families throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. They also design and lead educational programming to improve maternal health outcomes and promote evidence-Based practices within the community.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree in a health-Related field preferred, and at least two years of experience in a health or behavioral health setting. Required certifications include bls and a certified labor support doula credential, with cappa full spectrum doula certification required within one year of hire.
