Endpoint Technician

The endpoint technician investigates, analyzes, and resolves hardware, software, and communication problems on endpoint systems, performing complex hardware repairs and maintenance on various technology-Based devices. Responsibilities also include installing, integrating, and configuring new computer systems, managing work order requests, and performing inventory management.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a minimum of two years of directly related experience or a one-Year internship with the hcps office of technology; an a+ certification is preferred. Candidates must possess working knowledge of current microsoft enterprise operating systems, extensive knowledge of endpoint hardware and tcp/Ip networking, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
