On-Call Staff, Spiritual Director-6

Spiritual directors furnish spiritual accompaniment and listening to directees, supporting them in their prayer life by discerning god's presence and addressing obstacles to prayer. This role also involves preparing for sessions, memorializing them, and supporting the office's record keeping.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in theology, religious studies, philosophy, or counseling, along with appropriate theological formation and completion of a training program in spiritual direction or ignatian spirituality. A minimum of one year of prior service as a spiritual director is required.
