Family Advocate (Early Childhood Impact Program)- Oakland/Berkeley

The family advocate will lead goal-Setting and coaching with parents, acting as a trusted guide and connecting families to essential community resources and services to ensure positive child outcomes. Key functions include conducting outreach, developing individualized family plans, advocating for families, and supporting health and wellness initiatives within the program.

Candidates must possess a ba or bs in a related field and have at least one year of experience in a non-Profit or human services setting, preferably working with low-Income communities. A valid california driver's license, fingerprint clearance, and high cultural competency are mandatory requirements for this role.
