Health Educator

The health educator plans, develops, and evaluates health education programs and interventions to meet the needs of the county's population. This includes facilitating classes, performing patient intakes, and coordinating with healthcare specialists to improve patient wellness.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience working in a hospital or managed care environment is required. Candidates must possess strong communication, counseling, and organizational skills to work with diverse, multi-Ethnic communities.
