Youth mentor - Pt stepping stones

The youth mentor ensures the safety and well-Being of youth aged 10 to 17 in a crisis shelter/Group home, acting as a role model and advocate while coaching positive behaviors using a management system. Essential duties include maintaining facility security, performing intake processes, preparing meals, and transporting youth to necessary appointments.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience working in a residential or youth services field. Preferred qualifications include two or more years of experience in advocacy, youth, or mentoring roles, or an associate's degree in criminal justice or related social services fields.
