Yc assistant site leader - Summer

The assistant site leader supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all youthconnect worcester summer program activities, focusing on recreational and educational engagement for middle school youth. This includes assisting with outreach, recruitment, retention, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment while supporting staff supervision.

Candidates must demonstrate sensitivity to diverse youth needs, possess the ability to build trusting relationships through empathy, and have experience working with youth from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. A valid driver's license is necessary for outreach, and some college education in a related field is preferred.
