Youth Care Worker - Green Bay Part time

The youth care worker assists with daily operations by role modeling, guiding youth in goal setting and independence, leading recreational activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Responsibilities also include providing personal cares, monitoring daily living activities, implementing behavior plans, and assisting with medication administration and documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age, with prior experience working with youth, especially those with behavioral challenges, being strongly preferred. A valid wisconsin driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and the ability to pass required background checks are mandatory.
