Case Aide

The case aide supports case managers by maintaining accurate client case records, assisting with documentation compliance, and providing essential support for youth in the assigned program. This role involves implementing treatment plan goals, providing local transport for appointments, and offering general support to program staff as needed.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a bachelor's degree or be working towards one with two years of relevant childcare experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in required computer systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential qualifications.
