Campus Security Officer

The campus safety officer acts as the first responder to all campus emergencies, both medical and criminal, and is responsible for enforcing campus policies and procedures related to safety and security concerns. Duties also include making regular inspection tours, monitoring for hazards or trespassers, securing buildings, and directing visitors and traffic.

Candidates must possess knowledge and proficiency in report writing and communication, along with a customer service-Driven mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of customers. A high school diploma is required, and while experience in a school environment is a plus, cpr/Aed/First aid certification is necessary (Training provided if uncertified).
