The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children while implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum. This role also involves building relationships with families and colleagues and communicating regularly with parents about their children's progress.
Candidates must possess a genuine passion for the education and care of children. Required experience is six months of professional teaching, though one year is preferred, alongside a minimum requirement of a High School diploma/GED, with an Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field being preferred.
