Lead Teacher Afterschool

The lead teacher afterschool is responsible for planning goal-Centered activities designed to help children with disabilities develop mobility, social, academic, motor, perceptual, and communication skills. Staff will also assist in coordinating the afterschool program, providing care, and maintaining required documentation and communication.

Desired qualifications include knowledge of teaching techniques, behavior management, and experience working with individuals with severe disabilities, with sign language knowledge being preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 60 pounds, possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, and pass background screening and a drug test.
