Core responsibilities
The coach will assist the head swim team coach in writing and leading group workouts for swim team members to improve their swimming technique in both indoor and outdoor pools. Responsibilities also include registering new participants and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have at least one year of swim coaching experience, along with required certifications like cpr/Aed, and membership in asca and usa swimming. A lifeguard certification is required within 60 days of hire.
