Child Care Staff

Staff are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-Being of children by supervising indoor/Outdoor activities and assisting with daily care routines like feeding and toileting. Key duties also involve implementing age-Appropriate activities, fostering positive behavior, and maintaining open communication with parents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with early childhood education certification being a plus, alongside previous experience working with children. Required qualifications include passing necessary clearances and training, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, physical stamina for long periods of activity, and strong communication skills.
