Child Care Staff

Staff must ensure the safety and well-Being of children by supervising indoor and outdoor activities and assisting with daily care routines like feeding and toileting. Responsibilities also include implementing age-Appropriate activities, fostering positive behavior, and maintaining open communication with parents.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, with early childhood education certification being a plus, alongside previous experience working with children. Required qualifications include passing necessary clearances and training, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, physical stamina for long periods of activity, and current cpr and first aid certification.
