The educator will also develop educational goals based on needs assessments and collaborate with managers to evaluate staff competency.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and hold appropriate state licensure, along with bls and acls certifications. A minimum of five years of experience in an acute care medical/Surgical and/Or icu/Ccu setting, plus two years as a clinical preceptor or in management, is required.
