Market Educator FT Days

This role involves coordinating continuing education, in-Service training, and general orientation for assigned market hospitals, ensuring monthly education calendars and annual compliance training are completed. The educator will also develop educational goals based on needs assessments and collaborate with managers to evaluate staff competency.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and hold appropriate state licensure, along with bls and acls certifications. A minimum of five years of experience in an acute care medical/Surgical and/Or icu/Ccu setting, plus two years as a clinical preceptor or in management, is required.
