RN Staff Development Coordinator

The staff development coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the educational needs of nursing and clinical staff in the skilled acute unit (Sau). This role involves leading orientation, in-Service education, and ongoing development programs to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must possess a postsecondary degree from an accredited school of nursing and hold an active registered nurse (Rn) license, along with heartsaver first aid cpr aed instructor certification. Required experience includes three or more years of nursing experience, with prior experience in long-Term care or skilled nursing environments.
