Description Join the team at Atlanta Autism Center! We’re hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at our Flowery Branch location.
Starting base rate: $22.00/hour, with a starting rate of $24.00/hour for RBTs with one or more years of experience. Opportunities to advance to RBT 2 and RBT 3 after 30 days, each offering an additional $1/hour With these opportunities, you can earn up to $26/hour! Current/Valid RBT Certificate H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelors, or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field preferred Relevant experience preferred Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients Good verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal relationship skills Desire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members Computer skills Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders required Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, surfaces, and supplies
