The primary responsibility involves providing weekly synchronous group supervision for internship courses, focusing on case management, clinical skills development, and site dynamics for approximately 8 students per class. Additionally, the faculty member must participate in the planning, development, and implementation of the internship curriculum portion.

A. Provide weekly group supervision for the Internship courses (MFTO 591-598) and Internship Continuation (MFTO 617, 698, 692, 693), if required B. Participate with the program faculty in planning, development, and implementation of the Internship portion of the curriculum.

Professional identity as a licensed marriage and family therapist.
2.
Master’s degree in MFT.
Preference is given to graduates from COAMFTE programs.

Current and unencumbered licensure as a marriage and family therapist.
4.
Designation as a current AAMFT-Approved Supervisor.
5.
Designation as an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor for at least 5 years.
6.
Evidence of training in providing virtual supervision.
7.
Instructional experience and working in a team environment, including in an online environment preferred.
8.
Computer literate in software and internet-based applications.
9.
Proficient in APA style.
