Instructor - Nursing

Faculty members are responsible for teaching department theory and clinical courses, evaluating student performance according to guidelines, and preparing lessons and student learning outcome activities reflective of course and program objectives. They must also maintain accurate student records and submit pertinent data to the department or college.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in nursing and a current, unencumbered new york state registered nurse's license with recent specialized clinical experience, including required basic life support (Bls for health care provider) certification. Experience teaching at the college level and demonstrating sensitivity to diversity are preferred.
