• Bilingual (Spanish/English) Behavior Technician (Part-Time) – Cleveland, OH 44102 Company: SparkJoy ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time Location: In-person – Cleveland, OH Pay: $17–$22 per hour Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-12pm SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Cleveland, OH.

• Your Role: Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, daily living, and social skills Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs Support families through parent training and consistent communication Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment.
• Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
• What You Bring: 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills A passion for helping children grow and succeed Reliable transportation to client homes in Cleveland Job Details: Part-time: 12 hours/week Pay: $17–$22/hr
