Behavior Technician (BT)

The registered behavior technician will deliver aba therapy in 1

1 or small group settings, accurately implementing skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans as outlined in the treatment plan. Responsibilities also include maintaining precise client progress records and upholding company policies and ethical guidelines.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field like psychology or social work is preferred. Candidates must be physically fit, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a willingness to embrace instruction and continued learning.
