Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on treatment plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic for a fast-Paced environment. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with children, especially those with behavioral challenges or developmental delays, and reliable personal transportation is required.
