Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will provide one-On-One specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum by implementing behavioral plans designed by a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting data to monitor progress and supporting the training of families on treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to perform physical activities required for client interaction. Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
