Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Behavioral Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement treatment goals and behavior intervention plans under the direction of behavior analysts, while also providing one-On-One therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting. Responsibilities also include continuous data collection, providing feedback on client progress to a case supervisor, and writing progress summaries.

Applicants must love working with children, possess passion, high energy, patience, compassion, and empathy, and be eager to learn applied behavior analysis principles. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or higher, basic technology understanding, and the physical ability to perform tasks like quick movement and lifting up to 50 pounds.
