School Re-entry Program Specialist, Part-time

The specialist acts as a liaison between staff, physicians, patients, families, and schools to ensure recommended educational services are established for children with special needs, including assisting college-Age patients with accommodations. Duties involve documentation, database management, follow-Up calls, and administrative tasks as delegated by supervisors.

A bachelor's degree in exceptional student education, education, or secondary education is required, with a minimum of one year of related experience preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with specific knowledge of ese programs, early steps, and section 504.
